By leveraging our unique methodologies, we are able to help our clients envision the unique ways technology can be successfully applied to their business. Our envisioning sessions are intended to inspire the use of technology in differentiated ways in order to optimize our client's potential for growth.

Founded in Paris in 2001, the source of Neos-SDI’s success is attributed to over 150 certified consultants, and 14 gold and two silver Microsoft Partner competencies; making Neos-SDI one of the top 10 Microsoft Partners worldwide.

Our corporate values

Our corporate values of Excellence, Commitment, Pragmatism and Ownership are the foundation of our culture and our promise to our customers.

  • Excellence: Our commitment to mastering the latest technological innovations is crucial to our ability to serve our customers with unparalleled excellence. But we don't stop there, we expect nothing less than excellence when it comes to our sales process, service delivery, quality of our experiences and best practices and our employees.

  • Commitment: Neos-SDI is committed to our key stakeholders: both internally and externally; to clients and customers, suppliers and partners.  Our commitment to our clients is that we will match the correct team of expertly trained and experienced consultants to your project - and they will remain on your project through the entire project lifecycle.

  • Pragmatism: at Neos-SDI we realize that unless a solution is strategically aligned with the goals and priorities of an organization, that regardless of how innovative and interesting it is, it will not ultimately benefit the organization.  Our job as consultants is not just to wow you with bells and whistles but to challenge and refine the proposed technical solutions until they add real value now and in the forseeable future.

  • Ownership: until a technical solution is incorporated in full into the regular activities of the end-user, it has not been properly owned.  Our goal is to ensure that we not only deliver innovative technology solutions that meet your business needs but that those solutions are adopted, integrated and leveraged to extract every bit of usefulness out of them by the end-user.

DSN

To gain continuity of service and performance, DSN, moved its information system into a Hyper-V cluster; an architecture that stands out for its ease of operation.

In production since late 2009, the solution already provides tangible benefits with the time to access applications significantly reduced.   Additionally, Hyper-V provides a technical foundation on which DSN will be able to accommodate new business applications and collaboration.

"With this platform, we are now equipped to carry out our plans for PRA, GED and, more generally, to better manage our information"

ZenithOptimedia (Groupe Publicis)

Developed exclusively with Microsoft solutions (SQL Server 2005. Net framework 3.5), the collaborative platform "e-territoires.net" allows ZenithOptimedia to effectively manage tens of thousands of media campaigns simultaneously for its client, Intermarché. Centralized applications, security exchange, monitoring records, archiving, ROI calculation ...extranet has profoundly changed the way agency and client connect.  The extranet 'e-territorial' proves a reliable tool. This solution now provides a real competitive advantage and has helped strengthen our relationships with our client. Without the listening skills and technical expertise of Neos-SDI, such success would not have been possible. "Jean-Marc Orhan, DG Territories

Technologies

Neos-SDI proposed an extranet with all major functionalities, including:

- Managing a history of actions and changes to files
- The publication of reports and statistics

Natixis

Natixis participated in the Microsoft TAP program to address the migration of its servers from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008.

A key influencer in the decision to migrate from 2003 to 2008 was Windows PowerShell, the new scripting language from Microsoft that provides powerful control and supervision over the "High Availability" Windows Server 2008 for their critical applications.

"The ability to test Windows Server 2008 before buying it was a real asset. This allowed us to learn about new features and improvements but also to budget for the migration of our servers." François Dominati, Team Leader at Natixis

SPEIG

Colas Group was searching for a way to consolidate and organize information previously broadcast across various internal portals.  The solution Neos-SDI proposed was the creation of a world-class Intranet "e-Colas."

Neos-SDI quickly ramped up on the project and designed, in a short time, an intranet solution that was stable, sustainable and scalable based on an approach and methodology appropriate for their business needs.

"The ability of Neos-SDI to ramp up so quickly on a project they had not initialized is remarkable. This is certainly the mark of rare technical expertise." Wurffel Olivier, Director of Developments Speig

AstraZeneca

To remain competitive in a highly saturated market, AstraZeneca must differentiate themselves by offering innovative tools. The IT department decided to redesign the information systems architecture by building it on Microsoft technologies in order to accelerate the development cycle and ensure better project management. Neos-SDI participated in the development of the technical architecture by implementing .Net technology, and developing strategic business applications designed for process optimization and encourage information sharing within the different sectors of the group.

"We found a partner to accompany us on the development of strategic applications: Neos-SDI is known for this technological expertise. Understanding our requirements, they were able to be creative in bringing us pragmatic answers." Blangeard Kim, Project Manager AstraZeneca

GO Sport

By leveraging the BI tools in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, the group Go Sport was able to significantly improve inventory management in ts stores, to the great satisfaction of its customers.   The new BI analysis tools allowed Go Sport to identify key preformance indicators that lead to better analysis of sales trends and inventory management.  By implementing changes based on this new information, we were able to simply and effectively contribute to the overall success of the brand.

"The progress created by the new Business Intelligence solution is tangible. The time we spent yesterday to find the data, consolidate it and finally cross out each index is now exclusively devoted to the study of dozens of key performance indicators. We already had the data but now we are able to access it and the accuracy of our projections in terms of sales or inventory management. This was a considerable gain for our company." Altisys

The General Manager of Altisys wanted to integrate the new version of SQL Server as part of its overall development plans. Through an envisioning session with Neos-SDI where we were shown a variety of solutions, demos and a roadmap for implementation, Altisys obtained a comprehensive overview of existing solutions. The result: the discovery of Microsoft's BI offering and how that solution fit in with the roadmap of their future development plans.

"This format is effective in promoting exchanges between Neos-SDI consultants and our teams. We got concrete answers to our operational questions. Today we know this Microsoft technology matches the expressed needs of our customers allowing us to anticipate our future developments, incorporating features that take full advantage of this technology."
