As a symbol of its commitments, Neos-SDI has created a centre of Excellence, which is a place for exchange and innovation. Today, it groups together dozens of "technical leaders" covering all Microsoft technologies: applications – dotnet development, decision-making, integrated processes, CRM; the collaborative and communication field – company information, integrated message systems, and infrastructure – identity and access, rollout, security, protection.

The centre of Excellence takes part in audit missions on the maturity of information systems, architecture consulting missions, economic justification studies, and pilot applications.
