Our proven methodology is based on four axis — technical, organizational, economic and change management.  Each is segmented by sector and occupation, guaranteeing its success.

Among other methodological tools, we use the Blue Ocean® analysis strategy, developed by professors from INSEAD Business School after more than 15 years of research and practice, and 150 analyses of enterprises in more than 30 industries.

Since 2001, Neos-SDI has helped dozens of companies implement and support balanced solutions that boost growth.  We are a multi-skilled partner dedicated to responding to the needs of businesses in an innovative, unique manner from start to finish.

Why innovate?

Because companies are under significant pressure as they face myriad obstacles that challenge their technology solutions and their management of risk.

These threats can be turned into opportunities for leaders who are willing to adopt innovative attitudes and new technologies, thereby linking creativity and technology.

Overcoming price pressure

Due to recent economic challenges, companies in saturated markets have struggled.  In face of financial challenges, many organizations have reacted by focusing solely on their existing infrastructures and cost containment.

But to surpass their competitors and overcome financial challenges, business executives now realize that they must differentiate their companies by creating innovative business models, refining their portfolio of services and
redefining their value propositions.

Web services, digital marketing and mobile services permit businesses to simultaneously reduce costs and address segmented markets, which helps boost profit margins.

Going beyond the current boundaries

Companies want to lower acquisition and customer service costs due to geographic barriers, cultural differences and technological and organizational challenges that keep them from reaching high-growth markets.

New business models based on cloud technology, the Web, collaborative partner solutions and multi-channel contact centers are some of the new technological solutions that permit companies to move into international and high-growth markets.

Attract and retain top talent

Innovation gives you a strategic advantage when it comes to attracting and retaining top talent.  Highly skilled employees want to work for innovative businesses.  Younger generations have grown up with laptops, the Web and mobile devices, and their expectations require an innovative redesign of the workplace.

Inventing products that will create growth

Whether you're a B2B or B2C company, developing new answers to existing questions and new uses for existing technologies helps to create an innovative business model.  Creating connected services based on your solutions and products, innovative management of your goods and consumerization of your business portfolio are just a few ways for you to differentiate your company and capture the attention of new markets.

Overcoming uncertainty

In a traditional operational model of investment and absorption, it has become nearly impossible to innovate due to uncertainty over the rate of acceptance of untested technological solutions.

By leveraging digital technologies in an on-demand environment, you can minimize risk by modeling and testing each concept until it is validated, by adapting your solution dynamically and then moving it safely through production to deployment.

DSN

To gain continuity of service and performance, DSN, moved its information system into a Hyper-V cluster; an architecture that stands out for its ease of operation.

In production since late 2009, the solution already provides tangible benefits with the time to access applications significantly reduced.   Additionally, Hyper-V provides a technical foundation on which DSN will be able to accommodate new business applications and collaboration.

"With this platform, we are now equipped to carry out our plans for PRA, GED and, more generally, to better manage our information"

Natixis

Natixis participated in the Microsoft TAP program to address the migration of its servers from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008.

A key influencer in the decision to migrate from 2003 to 2008 was Windows PowerShell, the new scripting language from Microsoft that provides powerful control and supervision over the "High Availability" Windows Server 2008 for their critical applications.

"The ability to test Windows Server 2008 before buying it was a real asset. This allowed us to learn about new features and improvements but also to budget for the migration of our servers." François Dominati, Team Leader at Natixis

SPEIG

Colas Group was searching for a way to consolidate and organize information previously broadcast across various internal portals.  The solution Neos-SDI proposed was the creation of a world-class Intranet "e-Colas."

Neos-SDI quickly ramped up on the project and designed, in a short time, an intranet solution that was stable, sustainable and scalable based on an approach and methodology appropriate for their business needs.

"The ability of Neos-SDI to ramp up so quickly on a project they had not initialized is remarkable. This is certainly the mark of rare technical expertise." Wurffel Olivier, Director of Developments Speig

AstraZeneca

To remain competitive in a highly saturated market, AstraZeneca must differentiate themselves by offering innovative tools. The IT department decided to redesign the information systems architecture by building it on Microsoft technologies in order to accelerate the development cycle and ensure better project management. Neos-SDI participated in the development of the technical architecture by implementing .Net technology, and developing strategic business applications designed for process optimization and encourage information sharing within the different sectors of the group.

"We found a partner to accompany us on the development of strategic applications: Neos-SDI is known for this technological expertise. Understanding our requirements, they were able to be creative in bringing us pragmatic answers." Blangeard Kim, Project Manager AstraZeneca

GO Sport

By leveraging the BI tools in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, the group Go Sport was able to significantly improve inventory management in ts stores, to the great satisfaction of its customers.   The new BI analysis tools allowed Go Sport to identify key preformance indicators that lead to better analysis of sales trends and inventory management.  By implementing changes based on this new information, we were able to simply and effectively contribute to the overall success of the brand.

"The progress created by the new Business Intelligence solution is tangible. The time we spent yesterday to find the data, consolidate it and finally cross out each index is now exclusively devoted to the study of dozens of key performance indicators. We already had the data but now we are able to access it and the accuracy of our projections in terms of sales or inventory management. This was a considerable gain for our company." The General Manager of Altisys wanted to integrate the new version of SQL Server as part of its overall development plans. Through an envisioning session with Neos-SDI where we were shown a variety of solutions, demos and a roadmap for implementation, Altisys obtained a comprehensive overview of existing solutions. The result: the discovery of Microsoft's BI offering and how that solution fit in with the roadmap of their future development plans.

"This format is effective in promoting exchanges between Neos-SDI consultants and our teams. We got concrete answers to our operational questions.
